No Place Like Home

No Place Like Home is a photographic portrait of the surfing community of the Northern Atlantic coast of Jutland, Denmark.

Shot entirely on film over a period of two years, I documented the diverse local surfing community of the area known as Thy. 

Cold water surfing has been a growing phenomenon here since the first surfers arrived some 20 years ago.

The surf community here is unique. Close-knit, yet open-minded and welcoming across ages and styles of surfing.
